Thor F. Jensen had the honour of being invited to speak about The World’s First Circumnavigation of the Island of New Guinea in a Traditional Sailing Canoe at the house of minister of Fisheries and Maritime affairs Susi Pudjiastuti.
The minister, who’s an avid water sports person herself, had great interest in the expedition. An event strengthened the diplomatic ties between Indonesia and Denmark.
